Anyone have a standard scoring system, template or matrix for evaluating RFP responses in the technology procurement setting that you can share? I'm looking for broader criteria; that is, outside of scoring functionality of software or other requirements set forth in the RFP. For example, criteria such as vendor track record, prior implementations, solvency/crediworthiness, and similar criteria.
