I'm looking for feedback from those who have implemented WebEx Connect.
Were you replacing some form of deployed UC systemm, or starting from scratch? How did you settle upon WebEx Connect? Decision criteria? Did you use use any sort of provider comparison (comparator), and if so, can you share it? Did you use an independent consultant to help you make your buying decision?
Can you describe briefly any necessary infrastructure changes, software upgrades, etc.?
As you can tell, I'm pretty new to UC and having trouble sorting through product and service offerings. Any guidance you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Ginger, there was a decent article discussing UC options in a recent edition of eWeek. I get the hard copy, and not sure if you could find the artilce online(www.eweek.com). Among other products and services discussed, I believe the article mentions Cisco's WebEx Connect.
