I'm redoing some of our standard forms that we use with vendors. The warranty section of our various SLA forms has not been updated in years.
Does someone have a good (buyer-favorable) warranty section for use within an SLA? What's the current thinking on S/W warranties, and what kind of warranties are you getting out of software vendors these days?
