Anyone have experience with SAGE accounting suites?

We are a medium-size organization with about 240 employees and annual revenue of about $120 Million. We are looking to replace a home-brewed ledger and related accounting system, and I'm finding the possibilities very confusing. What's best, and what to avoid, given our size, etc.

Anyone?
